Partner, Managing Director
Jiri has 17 years of experience in consulting in banking industry, managing a variety of projects from process re-engineering, through large organization transformations, ERP, core banking, internet banking and collection system implementations, Euro conversion, to establishing start-ups in financial services. Jiri has worked in multiple countries across Europe – Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, and Italy.

Branislav Cavojsky

Brano has 15 years of experience in consulting and financial services industry with core competence in process management, CRM and systems integration. He delivered projects addressing agenda of front office and back office processes redesign in banking and telco, conceptual design of CRM platform, evolution of multiple CRM systems, product strategy definition, Euro conversion and others.

Roman Suchanek

Roman has 13 years of experience in business consulting. During his career he focused on project management, concepts/ solutions designs and delivery services for banks and financial institutions.
Roman successfully delivered large-scale projects in the area of credit underwriting process automation, financial institutions merger, processes redesign, product concept preparation, IT organization capabilities redesign, euro adoption and others.

Peter Juricek

Peter has been working in consulting industry for over 12 years primarily on projects in banking industry in Slovak and Czech republic. He successfully managed and participated on variety of projects covering implementation of internet banking, bank branch application, back office application and mobile sales force application, led EURO conversion in loan area and others.
